Document Student Participation and Engagement

StudentVoice Tracking provides the means to measure and document student participation in the vast array of activities, programs, events, and services on campus. Through Tracking, colleges and universities can link participation data to student demographic information, as well as assessment data. As a result, campuses are able to better understand the characteristics of who participates in activities and how participation contributes to student success and engagement.

Tracking allows departments to:

• Document office visits and attendance at campus events and programs
• Link office visit and attendance data to student demographics
• Administer assessments and collect outcomes data during or after office visits, events, and programs
• Create co-curricular transcripts for individual students
