Managing Course Sections

As a campus administrator, you can manage the course sections included in each session of your course evaluation for the Courses page.

The list of courses can be searched by course ID, text in College, Course, or Title. You can see all the instructors listed for each course, if it's cross-listed, and the details of responses after administration of the course evaluation. Click on "Modify" to select courses to be removed from that session.

Click on individual course section in the listing to make edits to the details of the course section. You can update which instructor(s) taught the course, if it is cross-listed with another course in the same session, and any of the specific details about the course. You can also manage the students enrolled in the course section by adding or removing them as appropriate.

Also, you can reset the responses for a student who may have completed the evaluation for that course section on accident. Check the box to the left of each student and then click "Reset Responses".
