As a campus administrator, you are able to view and manage various details regarding your full course evaluation. Select the session you'd like to view and manage the details for.
The response rate information will populate and update in real time as students complete their evaluations.
The projects indicate the core evaluation and all custom projects associated with the session. Click on the name of a project and select to view the Outline (codebook) or Preview of the project. You can also opt to indicate which questions on each project should be answered for each instructor that taught the course.
You can access a list of all the students and their unique link to complete their evaluations. If a student loses the email notification and needs their link, you can use the Export Links file to locate their unique link and provide it to them.
A list of all students for that session and details of how many evaluations they've completed can be downloaded. Each student will have how many courses they have to complete, how many they have completed, and if they've completed them all. You can use this to provide incentives to students who complete all of their evaluations by a certain date.
Both of these files can be turned off by your campus.
