EditInviting Users Into the Forum
You can invite users into your forum, with the option of giving these users various levels of access to the forum.
To Invite a User Into Forum
1) On the homepage, click the Private Forum link.
2) Click the Moderate button, located next to the New Topic button (only CCAs can see this button).
3) In the Members module, click the Invite User link.
EditAdding Forum Features to Your Profile
There are a number of options you can employ to edit and enhance your profile for your participation in the private forum, as well as in the forums within the Community site. Please note that you can modify these features at any time and as often as you choose.

To Access Your Profile
1) On the homepage, click either the Private Forum link or the link of any Topic.
2) Click the My Profile link (see Figures 3 and 4, above).

Use the My Profile page to add additional information to your profile for forum purposes.
To Edit Your Profile
1) On the My Profile page, locate the Personal Profile section on the Control Panel, and click the Edit Profile link.
2) Add as much or as little information as you wish.
3) When finished, click the Save button to update your profile. \
EditModifying Your Avatar
An avatar is a graphical image that accompanies your username in the forum. Currently, your avatar exists as your campus logo; however, you can add a personal avatar to your profile.
To Add/Modify Your Avatar
1) On the My Profile page, locate the Personal Profile section on the Control Panel, and click the Modify Avatar link.

EditAdding a Signature
You can add your signature to your profile, which will appear as your name, title, etc. in each of your postings in all StudentVoice forums.
To Add a Signature
1) On the My Profile page, locate the Personal Profile section on the Control Panel, and click the Signature link.
2) Enter your signature in the textbox, using the toolbar features to enhance your text.
3) Click the Save button.
EditChanging Your Password
You can change your password within the My Profile page, just as you are able to do so when you click the Edit Profile link under your login information (located in the upper-right corner of the screen).
To Change Password
1) On the My Profile page, locate the Personal Profile section on the Control Panel, and click the Change Password link.
2) Enter all requested password information, and click the Submit button.
