Instructors can log in to the site and access the reports that were created and published to them. These reports are generally larger in scope, comparing a specific course section to larger segments of the campus data. However, instructors can also log in and create custom reports that only compare or report on course sections taught by the instructor themself.
1. Log in to www.studentvoice.com, accessing the Course Eval site.
2. Click on "Create Reports" in the side navigation.
3. Click "New Custom Report" to start the wizard.
4. Select the evaluation that contains the session you'd like to create a report for.
** Available sessions will display for the evaluation selected in the drop-down menu. **
5. Select to create the "Multiple Course Sections Within Time Period" report.
6. Click "Next" to continue with the wizard.

7. Select the session you'd like to create a report for from the drop-down menu.
** The available course sections to compare will update as you make your selection. **
8. Update the College and Department drop-down menus as needed.
9. Select the course sections you'd like to include in your report.
10. Click "Next" to continue with the wizard.

11. Include average segments to your report. These can be institutional, college, or departmental averages for the specified session.
** Average segments are completely optional. **
12. Select the average type and session, then click "Add Report".
13. Repeat step 12 for each average segment you'd like to include in your report.
14. Click "Next" to continue with the wizard.

15. Indicate which questions from the main evaluation and any custom projects to include in your report.
16. Select the session to view the custom questions that were asked for that time period, and select the custom questions to include.
** Including custom questions is completely optional. **
17. Select which standard questions to include in the report. At least 1 question must be selected.
18. Click "Next" to continue with the wizard.

19. Specify a name for the report.
20. Select the Main Segment for the report. All statistical calculations are made with respect to this data.
21. Include a brief description of the report. This will display when viewing or exporting the report.
22. Click "Finish" to create and view your report.

You will automatically be taken to your report to view or export as needed. You cannot return to the wizard for the report and make edits; you will need to start over creating a new report with the appropriate updates in place.
All reports will be available at any time to view or export from your main course section listing.
