Rubric Results

Accessing Your Rubric Results

1. Locate your rubric under the Rubrics menu option on the StudentVoice website.
2. Click on the title of your rubric to be taken to the Rubric Dashboard.
3. Click on View Results to access your rubric data.

Exporting Your Rubric Results

1. Locate your rubric under the Rubrics menu option on the StudentVoice website.
2. Click on the title of your rubric to be taken to the Rubric Dashbaord.
3. Click on View Results to access your rubric data.




4. The Rubric Summary is added to the Results page for ease of locating statistics on the dimensions of your rubric and your rubric overall.
5. Text entered in open-ended fields can be viewed by clicking on "Responses" for that field.
6. Each dimension displays the breakdown by scale value, as well as statistics on the dimension itself.




7. Use the Results Toolbox on the right side of the screen to Export your results.
8. Click on Export to expand the options.
   
   Detail versions of the export contain the raw data for the rubric, while View versions of the export display frequencies and statistics exactly how it is displayed on the website.
   
   
9. Indicate the specifications most appropriate for your needs:
   • Use Alternate Codes: Alternate codes are displayed in the Detail export instead of answer text.
   • Include All Open Ended: Any write-in questions are displayed in the exports associated with the appropriate question(s).
10. Click on the desired file format (Excel, .TXT, SPSS, or PDF), and Save or Open.
