• Q: What format do you prefer for a survey document?
• A: We prefer Word documents with little to no special formatting. You do not need to create tables or text boxes, or use bullets, outline style, etc.

• Q: Is the information I enter into the online project request form set in stone?
• A: No, that information serves as a starting point for the project. We can change the title, dates, administration method, and mailing choices at anytime. Simply contact your AC about any changes you would like to make to your project.
