The Dashboard displays all the Performance Indicators created by the user, which may be modified, as well as those the user can view but not modify. They are categorized by home division/department.

Update Values

Click Update Values to change the Labels and corresponding Values on the indicator.
Once you have updated the fields, click Save.

Update Indicator Values

Edit

Click Edit to change the display style options for the indicator, including Title, Value, and Description.
Click Next when finished. You will then be prompted to complete the last two steps to edit/create a new Performance Indicator. However, if there are no changes to Access simply click Next.
At the last step, preview your changes and click Finish when you are done.

Delete

To remove the Performance Indicator from the Dashboard, click Delete.

Export Performance Indicators

While accessing the Dashboard, you can export either the full dashboard of performance indicators or specific performance indicators along with the associated details.


Dashboard

Click "Select All Images" to include every image on the dashboard in the export.
Click "Select All Details" to include the details associated for every image in the export.


OR

Check each box to the far right of each department to include all of the images and/or details in that department in the export.
You can deselect the images and/or details at any time before you export.

When the images and/or details have been selected, click on "Export Selected" at the top of the page.

A PDF file containing the images and details as you indicated will open.



Performance Indicator

Click "Select All Departments" to include every image and associated details on the dashboard in the export.
OR

Click "Select All Indicators" on the far right of each department to include all images and associated details in that department in the export.

OR

Click on each performance indicator you'd like to include. A green check mark will display on each selected indicator.
You can deselect any performance indicators at any time before you export.

When you've identified which indicators to include, click on "Export Selected" at the top of the page.

A PDF file containing the images and details you indicated will open.
